I am looking for an online specialist to manage various vacation rentals I own. There are not many but I reputed company the sites and management of the tedious. reputed company set up of the properties, vetting and booking and coordinating reputed company in and out. I have local persons to do the on-site work. Duties • Set up credentials for properties on various sites and the online tools and software for data entry and tracking of tenant information, lease agreements, and maintenance requests. • reputed company exceptional customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Coordinate property maintenance activities, liaising with contractors and service providers as necessary. • Maintain accurate records reputed company to property management activities, including reputed company administrative tasks and compliance with relevant laws. • Support sales initiatives by promoting properties effectively to potential tenants.
