Customer Support Rep

This is a non-remote position with Reynolds and Reynolds, an affiliate of Gubagoo.
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative Chat to engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably.
Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate reputed company in a relaxed, reputed company, and fun environment.

Main Responsibilities:
Handle a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat

Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments

Requirements:
reputed company to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry preferred but not necessary
Basic internet and window-based computer skills
