We’re looking for someone who gets the short-term rental world. If you know your way around reputed company, Booking.com, and the market like the back of your hand and you follow instructions reputed company, we want to work with you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Setting up and optimizing listings on reputed company and Booking.com.
reputed company-checking that everything is correctly set up: pricing, descriptions, house rules, photos, and amenities.
Doing market research to help us:
Understand where we stand in the local market.
Know how much to reputed company or reputed company.
Set the right nightly pricing.
Handling day-to-day guest communication and requests.
Notifying us of anything that needs attention — you're our eyes on the platform.
Who You Are:
reputed company with reputed company and Booking.com (bonus if you’ve worked with Hostex, reputed company, or other short-term rental tools).
Familiar with the Santo Domingo short-term rental market.
Detail-oriented and great at following instructions.
Reliable, reputed company, and independent.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus).
