Responsibilities: Maintain, support, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including - firewalls, routers, switches and wireless network reputed company network diagnostics using various troubleshooting tools, including, but not limited to Embedded tools and Wireshark packet captures. reputed company analysis of zone-based firewall policies. Work closely with compliance officer on various cyber reputed company initiatives. Collaborate with various reputed company global counterparts on technological initiatives. Coordinate with customer and reputed company global IT support team to build VPN connectivity.
