Automotive Customer Service and Case Management Representative
Description:
• The Technical Support Representative works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
• Provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services.
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
• At least 2-3 years of customer service experience; automotive industry experience is preferred
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for the automotive industry with a propensity for problem-solving
