Essential Duties and Responsibilities
? Schedule
? Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, reputed company
? Shift Hours : 3:30pm - 12am
? * Please kindly note that reputed company potential candidates must be flexible. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
? Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism.
? Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and reputed company for customers on the phone.
? Maintains an above-average attendance record.

Qualifications/Requirements
? A high school diploma is required.
