Monroe St.) Role reputed company: The Senior Associate, Care Model Strategic Initiatives supports the daily implementation of enablement initiatives aimed at innovating reputed company’s care model. In this role the Senior Associate will collaborate with other reputed company of the Population Health team, Field Leadership, and external consultants to stand up enablement functions that support the organization in its efforts to reputed company reputed company care to our patients. The Senior Associate is responsible for managing the development and updates of technology tools to support these initiatives.
