Weekend Receptionist (Part-time) – Micrologic Associates Open to EITHER: On-site (Parsippany, NJ) OR 100% Remote (Still need to be in EST time zone) Job Description: • At Micrologic Associates, we provide top notch products, services, and support to our clients in the car wash and quick lube industries. We thrive on turning ideas into solutions and always strive for excellence. • Micrologic is seeking a qualified Weekend Receptionist to add to our team of dedicated, trusted, experienced & professional personnel. The Receptionist will be an integral part of the Administrative team. • The shift for this position is Saturday & Sunday (7:00am – 7:00pm EST); 8-hour shift, though hours may vary. Essential Job Functions: • Answering calls in a courteous, timely, and effective manner • Managing multiple phone lines in a fast-paced environment • Having full flexibility on hours (7:00am – 7:00pm EST); 8-hour shift • Screening incoming calls to obtain necessary information • Entering electronic service requests/tickets while on the phone • Communicating internally with messaging application when necessary to obtain additional/necessary information • Routing calls to appropriate departments • Taking & relaying messages • Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues • Being comfortable learning light technical lingo and communicating with technical supervisors • Managing certain e-mail accounts, routing e-mails to appropriate departments, and creating service tickets as needed • Assisting with ordering & coordinating company luncheons (If Onsite): • Greeting visitors and ensuring a friendly & professional first impression is made • Coordinating paperwork • Ordering & stocking office and kitchen supplies • Assisting with other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects (including, but not limited to, scanning, electronic filing, paper filing, shredding, mail distribution, data entry, etc.) Skills & Knowledge: • At least one year of reception experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite products • Ability to work independently with speed, accuracy, and quality • Ability to work as part of a team to seek help when needed and provide help when available Additional Information: • Hourly pay is commensurate with experience. • Job Type: Part-time • Schedule: 8-hour shift; Weekends only Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Every weekend • Weekends only Application Question(s): • If working remote, are you located in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)?
