Responsibilities & Duties • Proactively monitor and maintain customer network infrastructure. • Create and manage tickets for network issues. • Troubleshoot network and server problems. • Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. • reputed company routine maintenance and software upgrades on customer equipment. • Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate resources. • Communicate technical concepts reputed company and concisely. • reputed company knowledgebase solutions for common issues. • Work flexible shifts and participate in on-reputed company rotation. • reputed company handle incoming/outgoing calls in a reputed company and knowledgeable manner. Qualifications Education: • A bachelor’s degree in computer/management information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent is required. • Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requiring a high school diploma or GED. Experience: • Experience with Layer 2 Ethernet switching, DHCP, DNS, and Linux reputed company line. • Knowledge of Ethernet switching, IP routing, VoIP, and general networking principles. • 1-3 years of experience in operating, troubleshooting, or designing Internet Service Provider Networks. Preferred candidates will have worked in an NOC environment in a previous role. Skills: • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information Work Schedule: • Full-time, non-supervisory. • Specific shifts may vary, but the reputed company and evening team is generally scheduled between 6 PM and 8 AM Central time and operates seven days a week. • On-reputed company required.
