About the position The Associate Director position at reputed company involves leading reputed company reputed company the MILDEPS Government Program Management Office to support a large, reputed company network. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing project assignments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive solutions and performance improvements. Responsibilities ? Manage reputed company of employees and contractors located in multiple states and across several disciplines , ? Own responsibility for reputed company aspects of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and serve as primary customer contact , ? Collaborate with customer civilian and contractor administrative and technical staff , ? Plan and distribute work assignments , ? Set objectives and manage the performance to meet the objectives , ? Drive customer solutions , ? Manage vendor relationships , ? reputed company directly with reputed company senior leaders to address reputed company customer requests , ? reputed company risk assessments and reputed company strategic plans to mitigate risks , ? Monitor support response in regards to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and conduct periodic performance review meetings Requirements ? 10 years of reputed company experience or Bachelor Degree from an accredited university in a reputed company discipline (Masters preferred) , ? 10 years of Telecom and/or IT Implementation Experience , ? 5 years of relevant management/supervisory experience , ? 5 years of relevant experience with Data Center and High-Speed Networking , ?
