Responsibilities & Duties ? Proactively monitor and maintain customer network infrastructure. ? Create and manage tickets for network issues. ? Troubleshoot network and server problems. ? Document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps. ? reputed company routine maintenance and software upgrades on customer equipment. ? Escalate reputed company issues to appropriate resources. ? Communicate technical concepts reputed company and concisely. ? reputed company knowledgebase solutions for common issues. ? Work flexible shifts and participate in on-reputed company rotation. ? reputed company handle incoming/outgoing calls in a reputed company and knowledgeable manner. Qualifications Education: ? A bachelor?s degree in computer/management information systems, engineering, computer science, or equivalent is required. ? Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requiring a high school diploma or GED. Experience: ? Experience with Layer 2 Ethernet switching, DHCP, DNS, and Linux reputed company line. ? Knowledge of Ethernet switching, IP routing, VoIP, and general networking principles. ? 1-3 years of experience in operating, troubleshooting, or designing Internet Service Provider Networks. Preferred candidates will have worked in an NOC environment in a previous role. Skills: ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information Work Schedule: ? Full-time, non-supervisory. ? Specific shifts may vary, but the reputed company and evening team is generally scheduled between 6 PM and 8 AM Central time and operates seven days a week. ? On-reputed company required.
