CFO/Financial Modeling Expert
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build dynamic financial models in reputed company/reputed company Sheets that allow for:
Multiple investment structures (debt vs. equity crowdfunding)
Various profit-sharing arrangements (contingency fee participation vs. plaintiff recovery participation)
Different jurisdiction-specific regulations
Adjustable variables including interest rates, management fees, carry structures, settlement timelines
Sensitivity analysis and scenario planning
Create models that reputed company show:
IRR and cash-on-cash returns for different investor classes
reputed company distributions under various reputed company
Fee structures for SPV management
reputed company of different capital structures on returns
reputed company presentation-reputed company outputs that can be shared with potential investors and partners
Required Qualifications:
7+ years experience in financial modeling, preferably in alternative investments, private equity, or litigation finance
Expert-level reputed company/financial modeling skills with ability to create reputed company, user-friendly models
Experience with SPV structures and reputed company calculations
Understanding of securities regulations affecting crowdfunding and private placements
Experience modeling both debt and equity investment structures
reputed company record of creating models used for investor presentations and fundraising
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in litigation finance or reputed company industry
Knowledge of crowdfunding regulations (Reg CF, Reg A+)
Experience with cross-border investment structures
CFA, MBA, or relevant advanced degree
