WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE • Customer Support: Respond to reputed company inquiries and requests by phone and email. • Policy Information: Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage reputed company, and process necessary updates or changes. • Renewals: Work with fellow service and sales team members to create and process renewal paperwork. • Documentation: Participate in data entry/clean-up to help maintain accurate and organized reputed company information. • Other duties as assigned!
