Customer Care Specialist - Part-Time PM

reputed company: • The Customer Care Specialist serves as the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support across various reputed company. • The person in this role holds a wide reputed company of responsibilities, including but not limited to, managing reputed company inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various script reputed company tasks. • The Customer Care Specialist is expected to handle reputed company interaction with care, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail. • This position is fully remote. • This part-time position requires, 3 weekdays with a schedule of 4:00PM-9:00PM EST and every other weekend 3:00PM-11:00PM EST. • Customer Service: Maintain High Standards: Consistently reputed company a high reputed company of customer service, promoting a reputed company and reputed company customer experience. • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support reputed company and contribute to the overall reputed company of the Customer Contact Center.
