Coordinator Qualifications General Knowledge of the destinations you would like to specialize in Ambitious Highly motivated and dedicated to investing time and effort. Must be comfortable working online. Strong communication and written skills Open to traveling without your family for on-site training opportunities. Prior sales experience is a plus!
