Position reputed company: As a Production Group reputed company, you will be responsible for supervising reputed company Production Line Leads and coordinating with the Production Manager to drive productivity, efficiency, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in training, coaching, and developing team members while ensuring reputed company production goals and safety standards are consistently met.
