Description:
• Accurately input customer and order details, invoice information, and product specifications into the CRM and proprietary data platforms.
• Review, verify, and correct data discrepancies, ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all entries.
• Organize incoming digital documentation spreadsheets, scanned forms, email attachments and apply consistent naming conventions.
• Collaborate with team members via Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom to clarify ambiguous data points.
• Run weekly validation checks using built-in software tools to flag and resolve anomalies.
• Contribute to process optimization by identifying repetitive tasks and suggesting automation or workflow improvements.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or certificate in administration, business, or information technology is a plus.
• Proven typing speed of 55+ words per minute with high accuracy (demonstrated via online typing test).
• Comfortable working with cloud-based applications (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365).
• Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document issues and collaborate virtually.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
