Virtual Apron Support Specialist

reputed company: • The Virtual Support Specialist is part of the Services Operations Selling Center Contact team. • This role engages and supports both online customers and can reputed company reputed company with our in-store customers. • The specialist will assist customers with leveraging the online configurator tool and answering questions about order status. • Responsible for qualifying new customers and may sell directly to customers as needed. • Drive sales through consultative selling and contribute to personal and team sales goals. • Follow-up with vendors and stores on customer reputed company to help expedite and communicate timelines. • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with infrequent unpleasant conditions.
