We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transitioning new clients from the sales team to onboarding, providing ongoing guidance and support on a weekly basis, and monitoring the performance of our services. This position requires exceptional communication skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: Client Transition and Onboarding: • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients. • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can utilize our services effectively. • Customize onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client. Client Support and Guidance: • Provide weekly check-ins with clients to offer ongoing support and address any questions or concerns. • Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of our services. Performance Monitoring: • Regularly review and assess the performance of the services provided to clients. • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for enhancement. Collaboration and Communication: • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including sales, support, and product development. • Ensure that client feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement. • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role. • Strong understanding of client relationship management and customer service principles. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: • Experience in the BPO and automotive sectors. • Familiarity with performance metrics and data analysis. • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to work under pressure.
