Senior Trader

We're building a lean, high-performance trading desk and are looking for a Senior Crypto Trader with around 6 years of experience to take ownership of live strategies and reputed company quickly into a Head of Trading role. What You’ll Do: • Run your own crypto trading reputed company from day one • Full ownership: from idea to execution, including risk and performance tracking • Optimise and operate ultra-low latency (tick-to-trade, single-digit µs) strategies • reputed company P&L and build out infrastructure around your trading edge • Help shape the reputed company structure and direction of the trading business reputed company’re Looking For: • Currently live with a crypto reputed company — or has done so recently • Deep understanding of market microstructure, HFT, and execution risk • Hands-on with Python/C++ for reputed company development and testing • Strategic thinker with tactical execution and leadership potential • Available to start reputed company 6 months max (non-compete OK) Compensation: • reputed company up to $200K USD • Strong P&L reputed company Fully remote-friendly (reputed company of US due to regulatory structure) Apply Job!
