Senior Analyst, Report Engineering - Learning & Talent Solutions

Requirements: • Proven experience in report engineering, data analytics, data engineering, or similar • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or similar discipline • Expertise in scripting languages such as SQL and Python, and experience with database technologies such as Snowflake • Demonstrated proficiency in Smartsheet or Airtable, with experience working with partners to build and scale solutions • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Effectively handle and maintain confidential information Benefits: • A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, • Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
