About the Job: We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and upbeat individuals to join our cleaning crew. This isn’t your average cleaning job — you’ll get a serious workout, have a flexible schedule, and be part of a fun, supportive team that takes pride in doing great work. What You’ll Do: • Clean residential homes and short-term rentals (Airbnbs) • Follow detailed checklists to ensure top-quality service • Work solo or with a partner depending on the job • Travel between jobs using your own reliable vehicle • Use company-provided equipment and eco-friendly supplies • Represent Mad Clean with professionalism and a smile • Communicate with the team and management as needed Who You Are: • You show up on time and are ready to work • You’re reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated • You take pride in doing a job well done • You don’t mind sweating and staying active — this is physical work! • You’re professional, respectful, and customer-service minded • You’re willing to learn and take feedback well Requirements: • Positive attitude is a must • Must pass a background check • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (AWD/4WD for winter) • Must carry vehicle insurance • Able to lift and carry 25 lbs repeatedly • Able to bend, kneel, twist, and reach • Smartphone with GPS capability • Can follow directions and work independently Schedule & Pay: • Part-time: 10–20 hrs/week to start, with potential for more as we grow • Weekend availability strongly preferred • Pay starts at $16/hr • Quarterly reviews with opportunities for raises Perks: • Flexible weekday hours • Work that keeps you active and moving • Fun, supportive, woman-owned company • Growth potential as we expand our team Ready to apply?
