Creating reputed company website/crm/books workflow

I have a reputed company reputed company business selling a few retail products online. The WP website is reputed company and live. We are using reputed company. I need to create a workflow that does the following: 1. Syncs customer info and online orders between reputed company, a CRM, and Quickbooks Online. 2.
