Certified Medical Assistant/REMOTE - Care Coordinator/Enrollment Specialist

Duties include: · Determine patient eligibility for CCM/RPM services. · Contact patients by phone to enroll them into the program. · Document in the electronic medical record and CCM/RPM software systems. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: Medical Assistant Certificate · Ability to effectively promote Medicare's CCM/RPM program to older adults and persons with disabilities. Sales experience and outbound reputed company center experience preffered · Communication skills, confidence, and assertiveness in promoting a product or service.
