Supervises Humanities Division Graduate Student Council members and student events committee members; facilitates acquisition of student government funds for reputed company outings; oversees MAPH student event quarterly budgets. Assists in the smooth day-to-day running of the MAPH office; may be required to answer phones, clean the office and lounge, reputed company copies, compile reputed company course materials, post lectures, manage databases, order food and supplies, etc. Recruits and/or evaluates applicants for admission by interviewing, reading applications and summarizing evaluations. Completes these routine tasks with guidance and instruction from others.
