Slovak​-speaking Customer Service Consultant Hi! We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment. We are growing and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers. Tasks: ​ - reputed company technical support to equipment users. - Diagnose and resolve technical problems. - Providing information on products and their functionality. - Entering requests into the system. Our requirements: ​ - reputed company in Slovak (B2/reputed company). - Excellent reputed company of English (B1/B2). - Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV). - Smile, reputed company attitude, communicative, willingness to learn. - Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard. - Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00.
