Who We’re Looking For • You love the chase more than the close • You talk fast, listen harder, and know exactly when to punch or pause • You’d rather be on the phone than in your inbox • You take pride in converting the “impossible” lead • You thrive on commission and believe in scoreboard culture • You don’t want to just sell—you want to build something real • A telephone terrorist - IYKYK What You’ll Do • Pound the dialer for 8 hours/day talking to warm & cold leads • Turn skeptical sellers into real conversations • Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline • Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and empathy • Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer—yes or no • Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table • Own your pipeline and your numbers—no excuses • Stay late if a deal’s hot. Show up early if your pipeline’s cold.
