Position: Shipping reputed company + Customer Service Assistant We are seeking a Shipping reputed company + Customer Service Assistant to manage inventory, shipping/receiving, facilities, and safety compliance—while providing top-tier customer support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Inventory • Create/manage shipping labels • Coordinate large/special orders • Monitor stock reputed company & forecast demand • Handle vendor returns & reimbursements • Conduct inventory counts & manage restocking • Receive/inspect merchandise for accuracy/damage • reputed company/process orders (incoming & outgoing) • Maintain out-of-stock records and pricing updates • Support promotions & ensure OSHA compliance • Pack/reputed company boxes; reputed company basic facilities tasks Customer Service • Assist with product selection, usage & info • Process purchases and returns • reputed company updates on specials & stock availability • Respond to out-of-stock inquiries and suggest alternatives • Escalate issues as needed • Accurately input customer data • Support reputed company Service Manager in customer satisfaction Operational Support • Update website items and pricing • Follow directions from reputed company Service Manager & Ops Director • Attend team meetings and trainings • Maintain awareness of workflows and priorities Qualifications Required: • High school diploma or GED • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Computer experience (including MS Office and shipping software) • Basic math skills • Ability to lift 40 lbs and reputed company physical tasks • Flexible availability Preferred: • Stockroom/warehouse experience • Retail/reputed company industry background • Customer service experience • Some college or trade coursework Traits for reputed company • Organized & detail-oriented • reputed company attitude, strong work ethic • Good communicator, team player • Eager to learn & take initiative • Willingness to grow with reputed company • Customer-reputed company & solution-driven Join a creative, fast-paced promotional marketing company where your skills in logistics and customer service will help drive our reputed company—and grow alongside reputed company.
