Customer Service Representative-Employee Benefit
The ideal candidate:
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Agent
• Proven customer service and/or insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational, and follow-through skills
• Previous experience using online enrollment platforms, and support ticketing systems
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Provide quality and professional customer service to participants, including use of proper telephone etiquette
• Process enrollments and qualified life events updates
• Educate members about enrollment options
• Ensure follow up on all calls that need resolution
• Bring issues to the supervisor’s attention
• Provide backup to other areas, based on business needs during call center downtime.
• Demonstrate a positive and cooperative work attitude, encourage teamwork among fellow employees
• Follow HIPAA Guidelines, Rules and Regulations.
Job Requirements/Compensation:
• Must be able to work in San Diego, CA or Las Vegas, Nevada
• Hours Monday thru Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Hourly Position
• Pay based on experience
• Temp to Perm
