In this role, as the Specialty Territory Manager, you will be a trusted team member responsible for driving sales performance, building meaningful customer relationships, and executing territory plans with focus and accountability. Key Responsibilities • Demonstrate selling skills and pull-thru execution through strategically and tactically allocating resources to drive results • Develop effective customer relationships and leverage those relationships to drive results • Utilize baseline knowledge and understanding of business analytics including customer data, resources, and tools • Build account and territory plans • Utilize available data to target and access the most valuable accounts • Demonstrate expertise across the product portfolio, therapeutic areas, and managed care • Manage territory by routinely analyzing data to target high prescribing HCPs • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations on the organization's products to target HCPs • Meet or exceed established call average and sales performance expectations • Show market and industry knowledge relative to the product portfolio and competitor products • Utilize clinical and disease state knowledge to understand the impact on patients and providers • Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner • Attend various sales training classes, sales meetings, and national/regional conferences Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 2 years of GI specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of success • Resides in or within close proximity to the assigned geography • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving history to drive a company vehicle • Overnight travel may be required for this role • Strong business acumen, teamwork, collaboration, accountability, tenacity, and communication skills • Ability to drive in a geographically large territory for long periods each day • Ability to lift sample boxes (up to 25 pounds) (reasonable accommodations available if needed) • Willingness to perform other related job duties as assigned Benefits & Perks • Comprehensive Medical (includes Prescription Drug) • Dental & Vision • Health Savings Account with company contribution and Flexible Spending Accounts • 401(k) matching • Discretionary time off and paid sick time • Tuition reimbursement and parental leave • Short-term and long-term disability • Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment insurance • Paid holidays and Employee Assistance Plan • Commuter benefit and recognition awards • Voluntary benefits including Identity Theft, Student Loan, and Breast Milk Shipping coverage • Employee referral bonuses and employee discounts Apply Job!
