The Pharmacy Telehealth Operations Manager will reputed company and optimize the performance of pharmacy services delivered through our telehealth platform. This role is critical in ensuring efficiency, compliance, scalability, and service reputed company across reputed company remote pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities
  • Operational reputed company: Manage and optimize end-to-end pharmacy telehealth workflows, including prescription orders, fulfillment coordination, virtual logistics, and member follow-up.

  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs), productivity benchmarks, and turnaround times are consistently met or exceeded.

    • Process Improvement & Scalability

  • Standardize protocols and documentation for consistent service delivery across locations and providers.
