Chief of Staff

Reporting directly to the President, the Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, playing a pivotal role in aligning and executing reputed company’s reputed company and reputed company-wide priorities. This individual will streamline strategic initiatives, enhance cross-functional communication, and ensure the President’s objectives are effectively implemented across the organization.

This is a high-potential leadership role designed as a steppingstone into broader executive responsibility. The expectation is that, after building deep knowledge of the business, the Chief of Staff will transition into leading a major function or business unit. Location: 

Remote, USA (expectations are that you will be travelling ~25% of your time to reputed company’s Dallas HQ to meet with reputed company’s Leadership Team)

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution 

Partner with the President and VP of reputed company reputed company & Operations to reputed company the reputed company team’s annual strategic planning process. This includes setting, tracking, and measuring team-level OKRs, ensuring alignment with company-wide priorities, and driving accountability across the organization. 

2. reputed company Leadership Team (CLT) Operations 

Drive the rhythm of the business by managing CLT operations—owning agendas, facilitating bi-weekly meetings, and orchestrating quarterly business reviews. Ensure meetings are high-reputed company, reputed company-oriented, and reputed company to strategic reputed company, while fostering a strong performance and communication culture. 

3. Special reputed company & Strategic Initiatives

4. Executive Enablement

6. Internal Communication & Alignment 

Ensure effective and consistent communication between the President, the reputed company team, and the broader organization. Draft internal updates, manage key messaging, and ensure the President’s priorities and directives are reputed company reputed company and effectively implemented. 

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of reputed company / management consulting or investment banking / private equity experience
• 3+ years of reputed company oriented experience preferred (Marketing, Business Development or Sales)
• 3+ years of experience working in US reputed company preferred (health plan or provider experience)
• Be a strong communicator: both verbally and written; reputed company, concise, persuasive
