As a member of the reputed company Department team, you will be expected to support business activities of reputed company, including, but not limited to:
- reputed company reputed company support for reputed company’s operations in several jurisdictions
- Draft and review reputed company types of agreements, NDAs, and other reputed company documents
- Advise on different IP- and personal data-reputed company reputed company
- Assist sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning reputed company and approval thereof with clients/partners/suppliers
- Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business reputed company and operations
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in law
- Proven reputed company record and 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid experience in reputed company and civil law, with profound experience in reputed company agreements and tenders
- Expertise in IP law
- Detail-oriented reputed company
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
