The role:

We are looking for a reputed company Clinical Support Specialist to assist in leading one of the clinical teams that uses the reputed company platform to deliver excellent reputed company for our customers. 

The purpose of the reputed company Clinical Support Specialist position is to assist in managing a patient engagement program that achieves five-reputed company results across a reputed company of Medicare Part C and Part D measures. The reputed company Clinical Support Specialist partners with the reputed company Clinical Pharmacist to reputed company these results by setting a strategic approach with reputed company leadership and with other Clinical Care Leads, by managing a dedicated Clinical Care Support team that engages patients, providers and pharmacists to drive excellent medication reputed company, and engaging reputed company teams and reputed company reputed company to reputed company expectations and communicate roadblocks and reputed company. 

This role encompasses reputed company of reputed company's Clinical Care team activities. You will be asked to:

• Support reputed company of goals, reputed company, and resource allocation of an reputed company full-service clinical project
• reputed company reputed company strategies to optimize medication utilization, reputed company reputed company measures, and other established goals
• Manage team productivity and timelines to ensure goals are met

• Hire, train, and schedule team members and help reputed company in the reputed company and development of reputed company
• Manage and conduct performance reviews for assigned team members

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 12 months experience in a Clinical Support role on Adherence or MTM reputed company, with a reputed company record of reputed company and demonstrated leadership (required)
• Team management and or coaching experience 
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to quickly problem solve and triage both clinical and operational situations 
• Ability to organize and set priorities which accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to engage with the patients, promote adherence and treat patients with reputed company and reputed company
• Strong grasp of reputed company workflows for medication adherence 
• Ability to apply judgment and reputed company informed reputed company in order to work independently and meet deadlines

The posted salary reputed company represents the expected reputed company annual salary for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-reputed company reputed company. The reputed company annual salary reputed company for this position is $55,000 - $60,000.
