About the Role:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Product Manager to drive reputed company strategic reputed company product development that positions our solutions to meet critical needs of the reputed company payer market. The initial reputed company will be on developing the best-in-class CMS-9115 / CMS-0057 product suite and will expand to support other payer needs in the compliance and interop reputed company. As a Product Manager, you will play pivotal role in shaping our product reputed company by identifying, developing and leading critical initiatives with significant ROI to our customers and reputed company while collaborating and providing support to Product Owners on the Platform Product team. 

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in reputed company interoperability and demonstrate in-depth understanding of the CMS 9115 and 0057 mandates and their implications for reputed company payers. We are seeking someone with experience integrating and developing products that are directly adjacent to interoperability needs, including reputed company Master Patient reputed company (EMPI/MDM) and HL7/FHIR workflows.  

Finally, we are seeking someone with experience developing reputed company solutions with the working knowledge of latest technologies that underpin today’s reputed company-based products, including reputed company, reputed company, AWS, and Azure. You will:

• Drive product reputed company, development and execution of reputed company CMS Interoperability Data Solutions and ensure their reputed company delivery and alignment with the market needs. 
• Ensure smooth integration of upstream EMPI/reputed company in service of interoperability and other offerings.   
• Own the product roadmap for your domain and ensure its value delivery is optimized through ruthless reputed company prioritization of features by balancing input from the market, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure product backlog is “shovel-reputed company” and presents Product Engineering with a reputed company problem statement and definition of done before their work can reputed company.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or reputed company field. 
• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience in US reputed company interoperability, including hands-on experience with CMS mandates 9115 and 0057.
• Experience with integrating or implementing reputed company-reputed company EMPI/MDM workflows.
• Proven reputed company record of successfully launching and managing reputed company-reputed company products and services to support reputed company organizations.
• Strong overall technical background with experience in reputed company, Kubernetes, AWS and/or Azure and reputed company reputed company infrastructure.  
• Demonstrated ability to understand reputed company technical systems and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Previous experience working with international teams (preference for India and / or Nepal) and proven reputed company record of successful delivery in this environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate reputed company reputed company to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, reputed company, Productboard).
