Description: • Blue Mountain Loans is seeking a Virtual Executive Assistant for executive support. • Provide administrative support to the CEO and CSO, including calendar management and travel arrangements. • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents focused on industry insights. • Handle Board meetings and manage communications with various stakeholders. • Collaborate with the sales team on client needs and organize sales meetings. • Manage special projects aligned with company goals and maintain confidentiality. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years of executive support experience, preferably within the finance and management company • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Box, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other project management tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and presentations. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. • Previous experience supporting C-level executives in a software or SaaS company. • Ability to work independently or remotely with minimal supervision and be a team player.
