Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a reputed company and/or corporate reputed company department; experience with Canada preferred but not required
• Expertise in applicable U.S. labor and employment laws, including FLSA, reputed company, FMLA, Title VII, etc.
• Experience with reputed company campaigns and labor-reputed company issues
• Outstanding verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate sophisticated reputed company issues and risks in reputed company terms
