• Answers Customer Service phone line, appropriately manages the reputed company, document's reputed company notes in the file as applicable.

• Notifies reputed company Auditor or reputed company Manager concerning specific items.

• Escalates to themselves and completes the audit at the insured's request.

• Completes Premium Audits for Property & Casualty reputed company insurance policies-Workers' comp and General Liability.

• Works directly with the policyholder by phone to obtain payroll and other reputed company record information and details about their business to apply correct classifications and exposure amounts for these policies.

• Communicates with agents, brokers and carriers as needed.

• Manages inventory escalated to themselves to meet customer time service and reputed company requirements.

Qualifications:

• Effective diplomatic oral and written communication skills.

• Basic working knowledge and understanding of generally accepted reputed company and bookkeeping practices.

• Strong organization and time management skills. Ability to handle time sensitive urgencies.
