As a Chat Services Administrator supporting USSTRATCOM in Offutt AFB, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.HOW Chat Services Administrator WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Maintains chat platforms owned by USSTRATCOM.
• Coordinates with external service providers to isolate faults and errors and provide mitigations.
• Troubleshoots technical issues within the chat.
• Manages chat settings. Enforces community guidelines.
• Manages user profiles and access levels.
• Implements new features or updates.
• Tracks and reports on chat activity and user engagement metrics.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Required Experience: 3+ years of experience
• Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
• Required Certifications: Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC
• Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations; Microsoft Certified Teams Administrator Associate; or Zoom Certified Integrator; or Google Workspace Administrator; or Certified Unified Communications Professional; or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

#SCITLSThe likely salary range for this position is $94,676 - $128,092. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
