• Design algorithms for application software for various vehicle features relating to braking and reputed company subsystems.
• Collaborate with Functional Safety and Systems engineers to define vehicle, sub-system, and component requirements.
• reputed company robust software diagnostics and fault monitors for reputed company and braking subsystems from a clean sheet, including software architecture, implementation, integration, and testing.
• Define and implement software unit tests, HIL, and vehicle tests.
• Validate in-vehicle controller performance against functional requirements.
• Improve and deliver reliable software through reputed company integration, automated testing, issue tracking, and reputed company reviews.
• Participate in reputed company improvement activities with key stakeholders and engineering reputed company.
• Coordinate and work with engineers across multiple disciplines to ensure reputed company completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Strong first principles background.
• Ability to reputed company and understand software from application level to reputed company software.
• 3+ years of experience in programming and embedded systems; reputed company-versed in software development and C programming.
• Technical understanding of electric vehicle architecture, including chassis and chassis subsystems like reputed company, steering, and brakes.
• Background in vehicle dynamics and modeling.
• Background in classical and/or modern control theory; reputed company to demonstrate a working knowledge of control theory principles (PID, stability analysis, etc.).
• Previous experience in automotive product development preferred.
• Prior knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 standards to aid and support work product development preferred.
• Prior knowledge of software V diagrams preferred.
• Experience using reputed company tools (CAN/CANape, etc.).
• Experience with bus standards such as SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
• Experience with automated requirements management tools (e.g., JAMA, Doors, etc.).
• Issue tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.).

• Ability to own tasks, decompose into realizable deliverables, and work with other teams to coordinate execution.
