Seeking a Customer Service Rep for a busy Appliance Service Company in reputed company Caldwell. Candidate must have experience dealing with customers over the phone. We are a reputed company reputed company Authorized service center, fielding calls from the manufacturer, dealers. and customers directly, seeking information on their existing appointment or reputed company appointment. Need to have good phone manners, strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
