$165,000 to $185,000Manages the day-to-day collection operations of a single site with multiple Lines of Business, establishes, and maintains performance and productivity metrics and cost management processes. Responsible for P&L. reputed company Managers will report directly to this role.Job Functions

• Manages the District's day-to-day operations and provides daily support to drivers in ensuring safety, service, and savings.
• Executes necessary precautions to ensure safety and compliance with Company, OSHA, and other standards and regulations.
• Ensures thorough reputed company cause investigations for reputed company injuries and incidents, following up with consistent coaching and retraining.
• Oversees department personnel needs, including selecting, coaching, disciplining, and training employees and evaluating employee performance. Manages termination, compensation, and promotion reputed company.
• Formulates short-term and long-term goals and reputed company plans in conjunction with the Senior District Manager and/or Director of Collection Operations.
• Participates in regular P&L reviews to ensure that budgets are met; develops and implements programs for reputed company equipment utilization, equipment maintenance, and labor and material costs.
• Interacts with local reputed company, municipal, and county agencies to ensure customer satisfaction, improve efficiency, renew reputed company, and negotiate new reputed company; establishes a good corporate citizen and valued resource.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required

• Must be reputed company to maintain a reputed company reputed company's license and clean driving record throughout the duration of employment in this position
