• Be a talent detective—source amazing caregivers from job boards, social media, and referrals
• Chat with candidates, screen them, and get them excited about joining us
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier home health pros
• Host virtual and in person job fairs.
• Host Presentations at Health Fairs and out in the community

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of sourcing/recruiting experience
• Telephone sales and/or call center experience will be considered
• Excellent computer skills - ATS tools and healthcare recruiting experience a plus
• Outstanding organizational skills
• A friendly, 'go-getter' attitude, strong communication and public speaking skills
