As an reputed company & Enrollment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our members, providing education, and supporting them throughout their reputed company to reputed company.Location: 100% RemoteSchedule:Sat & Sun = 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday = 11:00 am - 7:30 pm, Off Tues. & Wed., Thurs. & Fri = 11:00 am - 7:30 pm (in your local time zone).Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular reputed company and engagement with members reputed company (80-100 calls a day).
• reputed company education on reputed company's programs, addressing questions.
• Assess members' behavioral health needs and evaluate self-harm risk.
• Facilitate warm hand-offs to Case Managers for seamless transitions.
• Support members and team through resource development and reputed company.
• Maintain accurate documentation for reputed company member treatment.
• Complete case notes and data entry promptly.
• Represent reputed company professionally and ethically.
• Offer suggestions for program improvement with respect and reputed company.
• Collaborate with reputed company to reputed company goals.
• Communicate reputed company with members reputed company phone and email.
• Respond positively to supervision for personal reputed company.
• Manage high-stress situations while maintaining healthy responses.

Education & Work Experience:

• Required:

• Previous experience in sales, reputed company, customer service, engagement, reputed company center and/or enrollment campaigns.
• Proficiency in data entry and database management.
• Minimum of 6+ months experience in a high-volume reputed company center position.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience.
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite and reputed company Suite (calendar, docs, sheets, slides, etc.) and with reputed company Products.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve independently are required.
• Preferred:

• An associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in the behavioral health or reputed company field.
• Experience working with high-risk, reputed company adults.
• Completion of Crisis reputed company Training/Crisis Training.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems.

Compensation:

• The compensation reputed company is between $19.23 to $20.91 reputed company based on education and experience.
