You will focus on building advanced models (predictive modeling, optimization, etc.) using large-scale internal 1PD, as well as 3PD when applicable, to show the impact of advertising on Dotdash Meredith’s properties. You will collaborate closely with the Sr Director of Campaign Insights, and a specialized team of analysts and engineers, to align and drive results across our key lines of business. You will have the full support of the larger Research Team, and you will have lines of communication to internal teams, including Data Science, Data Operations and Data Engineering.Hybrid 3x a week- NYCIn-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week.About the Position’s Contributions:35% Lead the creation of new modeling solutions

- Be a key driver of creative problem solving for existing client needs and of proactive solutions to emergent challenges in the marketplace
- Aid in overseeing each study’s design of experiment
- Work with internal stakeholders in the implementation of tests for new pilot projects
- Work with the wider measurement team to develop new creative statistical solutions
- Standardize processes to source and aggregate data
- Update ML models as required for internal and external clients
- Educate stakeholders with foundational knowledge on methodology
- Work with the Measurement team and the wider pool of stakeholders to help present findings with integrity, accuracy and clarity
- Speak to internal stakeholders and clients about process and methodology, and field questions regarding the technical aspects of the modeling
- Visualize data and modeling outputs effectively
- 8+ years’ experience in advanced modeling and analytics with a strong background in building, tuning and operationalizing statistical models
- Strong statistical & analytical skills
- Strong Background in modeling (building, tuning) and all aspects of data collection and harmonization
- Design of Experiments (A/B testing) for online campaigns
- Proficiency in statistical model building (using tools like Python) and data integration tools (using Big Query, SQL and similar tools).
- 5+ years of measurement, analytics or product roles (years of experience can be concurrent with modeling experience)
- Strong background in quantitative advertising research, with proven skills in crafting and analyzing large datasets
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ad Manager
- Experienced in Cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present findings, explain technical processes, and answer questions from internal stakeholders and clients.
- Superior client management and presentation skills
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong ability to build rapport, manage expectations, and deliver value-added solutions
- Ability to translate insights from multiple data sources into compelling and actionable recommendations
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with health measurement vendors such as Crossix, Symphony Health, and IQVIA.
- Proven ability to manage teams members across multiple offices and prioritize in time-sensitive environments
Expected salary: $125000 - 140000 per year
