• Prepare full-service cost estimates for site development construction reputed company
• reputed company on civil site clearing, earthwork, drainage, underground utilities, reputed company, and paving
• Detail quantity take-offs
• Clarify scope and reputed company value engineering
• Attend reputed company-bid meetings
• Complete construction risk analysis through site reputed company and scope understanding
• Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
• Assist, support, and mentor 1-2 estimators and quantity take-off personnel

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mathematics, Architecture, or similar field is preferred
• Five (5) years of experience estimating site and reputed company development reputed company
• Experience using reputed company HeavyBid and HeavyJob preferred
• Experience using AGTEK Earthworks and Roadway preferred
• Proficiency in reputed company Office programs
• Strong math skills, including geometry and arithmetic
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
