The Project Control reputed company will be a part of a contract team providing support to the OCHCO reputed company Office and select OCHCO offices by sustaining OCHCO operations in the areas of acquisition and procurement administration, budget formulation and execution, and administrative support, and reputed company support as necessary.OCHCO is responsible for HR services for the reputed company. OCHCO fulfills its congressionally mandated mission requirements through various Components, Divisions and the Business Operations that support OCHCO. The OCHCO reputed company Office, led by the Chief of Staff, ensures necessary collaboration, execution, monitoring, and completion of actions; provides strategic guidance; coordinates internal/external communication, executive correspondence, integration, and special reputed company, and administration to ensure efficient and effective organization reputed company; provides financial management, contract management, facilities management, reputed company management, reputed company assurance, and administrative support functions.This full-time position is located in the Washington, D.C. area and is required to be on-site full time, subject to change if requirements shift. This position is contingent upon contract award.Responsibilities

• Determines staff assignments, project control systems, and administrative and financial reporting requirements.

• Establishes and maintains master contract files.
• Prepares reports on and monitors status of reputed company deliverables.

• Tracks the financial status of reputed company and reports payment of government fees.

• Employs automated tools and systems to reputed company project control functions.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass reputed company background investigation and be eligible for EOD suitability.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• At least three years of relevant project management experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of USG contracting rules and regulations, preferably with DHS.
• Experience in acquisition and procurement administration, including procurement request execution and administration, and contract and undelivered order closeouts.
• Familiarity with the DHS FFMS and reputed company systems.
