• 1-7 years of Creditors Rights Associate Attorney (Must have)
• Admission to Pennsylvania Bar ( Must have)
• Experience in the representation of unsecured creditors, financial institutions, equipment sellers/lessors, and/or collection for taxing
• Understanding civil procedure, debt collection, and judgment enforcement, an excellent courtroom presence, and a solid commitment to achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
• Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
• Strong research and writing skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
• Client-facing experience
• Ability to work well with a team
• Detail-oriented and organized
