This is a high-volume, inbound reputed company center role reputed company on supporting members, prospective members, and providers with questions regarding reputed company benefits, pharmacy services, provider listings, and more. The representative will assist callers in navigating their reputed company plans and reputed company systems, ensuring a reputed company and empathetic experience.Customer Service Representative Schedule & Location:Monday through Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Training: 4–6 weeks, mandatory attendance)100% Remote (Must live in Oklahoma)Customer Service Representative Salary/Wage:$18.00/hourCustomer Service Representative Duties:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy
• reputed company members and providers with information on benefits, pharmacy services, provider directories, etc.
• Document and reputed company reputed company member/provider contact in the system
• Guide members through policy details and regulatory requirements
• Process claim referrals, complaints, and appeals
• Review and interpret member claims history for accurate benefit tracking
• Support credentialing/recredentialing processes for providers
• Respond to reputed company documentation requests
• Prepare trend reports and audit-reputed company documentation

Customer Service Representative Required Qualifications:
