- Location: WFH but must be located near a client Facility - Corpus Christi, San Antonio, McAllen, Austin, Irving
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm occasional OT (usually until 6 or 7 pm, or on a Saturday)
- Typing speed: 40wpm
- Schedule field staff to assess members for eligible services over a phone queue and tasks
- Please lock them down on being timely and professional, attendance is critical.
- Metrics - 25 members/day (attempting to schedule or scheduling them)
- Strict turnaround time for this department - if not met, subject to potential liquidated damages by the state
- Fast-paced environment and expected to follow up within a certain timeframe.
- Training is in-house rather than with a set Client trainer.
- People Leader will send email with instructions.
- Per email, candidates to text people leader once started on first day at 8am, but no later than after IT call and access to the network is gained.
- Will be setting up equipment, contacting Service Desk if needed.
- Once activated in the system, connect with Manager and Team Lead
- Client University training modules to complete compliance items
- Slotted lunch time and break times.
- Fast-paced environments, not just working at own pace in a doctor's or medical office without being held to strict deadlines.
- Home health or managed care experience was previously required, but we are willing to train on this and open a wider net for candidates like other managers in this area!
- Key Skills:Call Center/Customer Service, Healthcare, Member outreach, Managed Care, Scheduling .
- Typing: At least 40 WPM - Microsoft Suite Experience needed
- 1 year of Call Center/Customer Service
- 1 year of Healthcare Experience
- Good job tenure
- Home Health or Managed Care, Scheduling Experience
- Disqualifiers: job tenure less than one year
- High school diploma or GED
- Home Health or Managed Care
- Scheduling Experience
